High-quality construction of prefabricated houses
The standardised construction of load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls in our wall elements ensures optimum stability. Each interior wall can be subjected to the same static load as an exterior wall.
We use burglar-resistant components in accordance with DIN EN 1627 for our windows, front doors and patio doors. As one of the few prefabricated house manufacturers that produces its own windows, we voluntarily have our window production and installation monitored by an accredited certification body.
Energy-efficient construction
To ensure that only a small amount of energy is lost, we pay special attention to optimizing the insulation properties of the building envelope. The insulation already meets the requirements for a KfW Efficiency House 40 Plus, so that you can benefit from interesting subsidies with simple measures.
Our walls are fully insulated with mineral insulation material. Unlike other manufacturers, we glue this insulation into the wall to prevent it from sinking/slipping. In this way, we effectively prevent the formation of thermal bridges.
