Plot inspection with your consultant

The building plot

Our consultant will visit your building plot together with you.

In this way, during the further planning of the house, important details such as the future orientation of the house or the requirements of the development plan can be taken into account.

Needs analysis with a consultant

Consultation

Our consultant will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your ideas and requirements with you. Because the more you talk in advance about your wishes, the more accurately the planning of your house can be tailored to your needs.

To prepare for this conversation, we recommend that you browse our various houses to get an idea of the options available to you when you build a prefabricated home with Hanse Haus. Our homes at the Show Home Park in northern Bavaria or the model homes near you also offer inspiration.

If you wish, you can inform yourself in advance about the scope of services included in the various levels of completion and the various possibilities for furnishing your home with high-quality products from well-known brand manufacturers

Your personal Hanse Haus consultant is always at your service for any questions you may have.

Customised architectural planning

Planning

The next step in the construction process is the creation of a 1:100 scale plan which is based on the needs analysis and takes into account the key details of the house.

The exterior design such as the shape of the building, the roof shape and the roof pitch, corresponds to the specifications of the development plan and is based on your wishes and ideas as discussed in the needs analysis.

In this analysis, you decide whether you want to have, for example, a bungalow, a single-family house with pitched roof or a multi-family house, and which extensions, such as a carport or conservatory, you and your family would like to have. The living space and number of rooms are also determined.

This individually tailored architect’s plan also serves as the basis for the subsequent planning permission application. <br/> During the planning stage, you will receive a detailed offer from us which transparently presents all the services for your house.

Factory tour and preliminary sampling

Preliminary sampling

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity – before you place your order – to visit our factory in Oberleichtersbach in Bavaria for a factory tour, as well as the spacious Hanse Haus Fixture Centre for guided preliminary sampling.

This will allow you to get an overall impression of our company, see how we build prefabricated houses at Hanse Haus, and convince yourself in person of the high quality of our building methods and fixtures.

Our tip

Simply combine your visit to Hanse Haus with a wellness weekend in the nearby state-run spa of Bad Brückenau.

Determining home fixtures

Home fixtures

After you place your order, we will invite you to our Fixture Centre where you, assisted by our fixture consultants, can specify all the details for your home.

Of course, you already received a first impression during the guided preliminary sampling.

From the floor coverings to wall design, from bathroom fixtures to energy-saving technical installations and heating system, you will find a huge selection of current branded products to custom-equip your home.

Much of this is already included in the standard fixtures at Hanse Haus. For an additional charge, we can also fulfil very special fixture requests, because at Hanse Haus not only are homes individually planned but also individually fitted out.

Get an idea ahead of time of our high-quality fixtures from well-known branded manufacturers.

Assembly of your house

House assembly

The time has finally come:

Our trucks arrive at the construction site early in the morning with the prefabricated house parts.

Experienced fitters and a site manager will ensure the smooth assembly of your house over the days that follow. Because at Hanse Haus, even construction supervision is included in the price.

After about two days, the shell is finished and the topping out ceremony can be celebrated.

See our video on how a Hanse Haus prefabricated house is built or be there in person when a house near you is assembled.

Handover of keys

Handover

After all the agreed finishing work has been completed, we officially hand you the keys to your new home.

If you have decided on a turnkey solution, all you need to do now is move in.
