Hanse Haus has stood for prefabricated houses of the highest quality since 1929.
That’s why we don’t shy away from voluntarily having our company inspected by various independent testing institutes.
We are a member of the well-known quality associations of the construction industry, through which an officially recognised monitoring and quality control of customer service, production and prefabricated houses takes place.
Trust our quality seals and awards, and build your certified prefabricated house of the highest quality with us.
For the seventh time, Hanse Haus was rated “very good” in the large Focus Money customer survey on “Fairness among German prefabricated house manufacturers” in 2019.
During the survey, around 1,250 clients were asked to provide information about, and evaluate, six different service and performance characteristics of their prefabricated house building partner.
The individual categories were:
- Fair product performance
- Fair customer consultations
- Fair customer service
- Fair communications with the customer
- Fair value for money
- Sustainability & responsibility
The highly pleasing result of the Focus Money study:
In all six categories, Hanse Haus received the rating “very good” and is thus once again one of the best.
The new award demonstrates that despite demands increasing every year, Hanse Haus has been able to operate at a consistently high level year after year and meet its own standards.
As a full member of the Federal Association for German Prefabricated Construction, Hanse Haus also belongs to the Quality Association for German Prefabricated Construction.
The seal of this quality association is the most comprehensive seal of its kind for prefabricated housebuilding in Germany. It places the highest demands on energy efficiency and environmental protection. Moreover, it calls for the highest technical standards and contractual bases, which go far beyond the statutory requirements.
As an internationally operating company, Hanse Haus is also a member of various European prefabricated construction associations such as the Austrian Prefabricated House Association (ÖFV) and the National Custom and Self-Build Association in the UK. The criteria that need to be met for these various associations are similar to those of the Quality Association for German Prefabricated Construction, and aim at guaranteeing homebuilders a high-quality product and providing security.
The aim of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is to develop and promote ways and solutions for sustainable construction. Beginning with our near turnkey solutions, all Hanse Hause houses including Hanse Haus floor slab or basement receive the DGNB Gold Certificate.
In 2019, the renowned credit agency Creditreform awarded Hanse Haus the CrefoZert certificate. Thus, we are one of the 2 percent of German companies that are certified as having an exceptionally good credit rating, sound business conduct and a positive forecast for future business.
As a member of the Passive House Germany information community, Hanse Haus supports the promotion and dissemination of the passive house concept and has its passive houses certified on request by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt.
