A focus on prefabricated house quality: at Hanse Haus, the high quality of our prefabricated houses is continuously tested and distinguished by independent bodies
Hanse Haus has stood for prefabricated houses of the highest quality since 1929.
That’s why we don’t shy away from voluntarily having our company inspected by various independent testing institutes.
We are a member of the well-known quality associations of the construction industry, through which an officially recognised monitoring and quality control of customer service, production and prefabricated houses takes place.
Trust our quality seals and awards, and build your certified prefabricated house of the highest quality with us.
For the tenth time, Hanse Haus was rated “very good” in the large Focus Money customer survey on “Fairness among German prefabricated house manufacturers” in 2022.
During the survey, around 2,000 clients were asked to provide information about, and evaluate, six different service and performance characteristics of their prefabricated house building partner.
The individual categories were:
- Fair product performance
- Fair customer consultations
- Fair customer service
- Fair communications with the customer
- Fair value for money
- Sustainability & responsibility
The highly pleasing result of the Focus Money study:
In all six categories, Hanse Haus received the rating “very good” and is thus once again one of the best.
The new award demonstrates that despite demands increasing every year, Hanse Haus has been able to operate at a consistently high level year after year and meet its own standards.
Awards for prefabricated house quality and reliability
Hanse Haus is a member of the largest German quality associations and thus assures the highest quality for your prefabricated house through recognised certificates.
In 2021, Hanse Haus once again received the highest award for medium-sized companies from the Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation in the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes". Hanse Haus was able to confirm its entrepreneurial achievements again. Only three other companies received this award in 2021.
As a full member of the Federal Association for German Prefabricated Construction, Hanse Haus also belongs to the Quality Association for German Prefabricated Construction.
The seal of this quality association is the most comprehensive seal of its kind for prefabricated housebuilding in Germany. It places the highest demands on energy efficiency and environmental protection. Moreover, it calls for the highest technical standards and contractual bases, which go far beyond the statutory requirements.
The RAL quality seal guarantees the regular monitoring of our production and assembly with regard to structural criteria.
The aim of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is to develop and promote ways and solutions for sustainable construction. Beginning with our near turnkey solutions, all Hanse Hause houses including Hanse Haus floor slab or basement receive the DGNB Gold Certificate.
In 2021, the renowned credit agency Creditreform awarded Hanse Haus the CrefoZert certificate. Thus, we are one of the 2 percent of German companies that are certified as having an exceptionally good credit rating, sound business conduct and a positive forecast for future business.
The mineral wool insulation used by us was awarded the Blue Angel “low emission” ecolabel. Its production is environmentally friendly and safe from the standpoint of health.
We use wood from PEFC-certified suppliers for our Hanse Haus prefabricated houses. The certification guarantees the responsible and sustainable use of forests as a living space and recreational area.
In recognition of its high degree of operational environmental protection and responsible use of resources, Hanse Haus was awarded the Certificate of the Bavarian Environmental Pact.
Prefabricated house awards for energy and the future
for the future
We think of the future. That’s why we build our prefabricated houses according to the current energy efficiency standards. In order to increase energy efficiency, we also build passive houses and plus-energy houses.
Hanse Haus builds subsidy-eligible KfW Efficiency Houses according to the 40 Plus, 40 and 55 Standards, in accordance with the guidelines of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). As an owner of a Hanse Haus prefabricated house, you are entitled to a low-interest loan and a repayment subsidy.
As a member of the Passive House Germany information community, Hanse Haus supports the promotion and dissemination of the passive house concept and has its passive houses certified on request by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt.
