As a guide, it provides you with valuable tips in advance and encourages you to think about one or two outstanding decisions in advance. This means you always have an overview and also get to know your contacts at our company.

On the basis of the needs analysis, a 1:100 scale plan is created in which the most important details of the house are already included. The architecture of the house, i.e. the shape of the structure, the roof shape and the roof pitch, corresponds to the specifications of the development plan.
This architectural plan, which is individually tailored to your wishes, also forms the basis for the subsequent building application, which we take care of for you. At this point, you will receive a detailed offer from us, in which all services relating to your house are presented transparently.

Once you have placed your order, we invite you to our sampling centre where you can specify all the details of your house. Our interior design consultants will be on hand to provide you with help and advice.
From floor coverings to wall design and from sanitary objects to energy-saving building technology, you will find a huge selection of the latest branded products for individually fitting out your home.
Much of this is already included in the standard equipment at Hanse Haus. For an additional charge, we can also fulfill more specific equipment requests - meaning you have as many options here as in the planning stage.
Now the time has come
Our lorries with the prefabricated house parts arrive at the construction site early in the morning.
Over the following days, experienced assembly teams and the construction management team ensure the smooth construction of your house - because at Hanse Haus, construction supervision is also included in the price.
The shell is completed after just two days and the topping-out ceremony can be celebrated.
Welcome home
Once all the finishing work agreed with us has been completed, we will officially hand you the keys to your new home.
If you have opted for a turnkey Hanse-Haus, all you have to do now is move in.
