You still have no idea what kind of prefabricated house would like to build?
House types
We present to you three different types of house which we use as the basis for our consultations and for the individual planning of your dream house.
Whether a bungalow on a spacious plot, a two-storey single-family house or a multi-unit house which you can plan with friends or family. You choose the type of house to suit your situation and we show you the numerous possibilities Hanse Haus can offer you.
Do you have a large plot of land and love to live spaciously on one level? Perhaps you’re already considering barrier-free access for later life or simply find stepless houses practical for your family. Then a bungalow is just what you need!
Are you looking forward to having your own prefabricated house with a garden in which you can spend undisturbed time with your loved ones? From our classic Variant to Cubus and Vita to the city villa - choose one of our single-family houses with incredibly diverse design options.
Whether a construction for the whole family in a multi-generation house, a prefabricated house with a granny apartment for renting or working and living in one - with our multi-party houses you are flexible: from a two-family house to our multi-family houses.
Semi-detached houses are multi-party houses with two residential units. They are characterised by the fact that two houses, usually of similar size, are built directly next to each other. Often the two semi-detached houses are identical or at least similarly designed. However, they can also be completely different and individually planned.
Perfect for small plots
Terraced houses
In a terraced house, several separate living units are created by building several individual houses directly next to each other, as in a semi-detached house. There are two end-of-row houses that are only connected to another house on one side. The houses in between are called mid-row houses.
Would you like to live in a minimalist and economical tiny house? Make this dream come true with a cleverly planned, compact prefabricated house made of wood: our lovingly designed Tiny House designs are not only practical and suitable for everyday use, but also simply cosy.

Our prefabricated house ideas for your house construction
Compared to a solid house, builders of prefabricated houses benefit from fixed construction costs that are stipulated in the building contract. As soon as you are fully satisfied with the planning and the sampling, a calculation is made - this sum defines the fixed price.
Provided no further changes are made to the scope of supply and services, we give you a guarantee on this fixed price for 15 months from the conclusion of the contract. Building owners therefore do not have to fear any hidden costs when building their prefabricated house.
Convince yourself of our prefabricated house price and the resulting excellent price-performance ratio.
At Hanse Haus, numerous standard services are already included and therefore at a very high level:
- A KfW 40+ external envelope at no extra charge
- Needs analysis
- Pre-design planning
- Energy requirement certificates
- Application for house exclusions
- Construction management
- Order supervision & installation
With our houses, the walls are prefabricated in the factory and only need to be assembled on the building site. Depending on the size of the house, assembly usually takes only two to three days. At this point, the roof of the house is already rainproof. Due to this high degree of prefabrication in the factory halls and the short assembly time on the construction site, building families can usually look forward to building a house regardless of the weather.
This is an essential difference to the solid construction method: Construction work often has to be interrupted when it rains or snows, for example.
The prices of our prefabricated houses are very variable and depend on various factors:
- the cubature of the house, i.e. the enclosed space
- the shape of the roof (pitched roof, hipped roof, flat roof, etc.)
- the stage of completion (prefabricated house, technically ready, almost ready, turnkey ready)
- the number, type and size of windows and doors
- the desired equipment (standard equipment or special requests)
- In our targeted consultation you will receive everything you need to know for the construction of your house.

Most important when planning your house are general facts that play a role in every house construction: personal preferences, life planning, property, budget, etc. Another fundamental decision is whether you want to build a solid house or a prefabricated house in timber frame construction.
When comparing building partners, there is a lot to consider, especially when it comes to price/performance, despite the fixed price that is often offered. In order to be able to better assess and compare the offers of the providers, the following details are particularly important:
- What stage of construction do you want? (Finished house, Technically ready, Almost finished, Turnkey)
- What services are included in this stage of construction?
- Which energy standard is offered?
- How high quality is the equipment included in the offer?
- What general services are included? (Architect, statics, soil expertise, building site equipment, etc.)
- Take advantage of the numerous Hanse Haus inclusive services when building your own home.
With Hanse Haus, builders have experts on hand to take care of all their needs. We coordinate the entire construction process, from financing to planning to moving in, and are always there to help and advise you.
All work is carried out by qualified craftsmen. And even after the house has been built, our customer service is available to all building families free of charge.
Our houses impress with their particularly high energy efficiency. Through the optimal thermal insulation of walls, roof, windows and doors, we ensure that as little energy as possible is lost. Our exterior walls are already suitable for the construction of KfW Efficiency Houses 40 Plus as standard.
Which heating technology you choose is up to you. In any case, there is a wide choice: heat pump, pellet heating and much more is possible. Our experts will be happy to advise you on what best suits your home.
To ensure that the dream of owning your own home does not remain a dream, we support you in all the important decisions that need to be made in advance for successful house building, such as:
- Which roof shape suits us? (pitched roof, hipped roof, etc.)
- What type of house is best suited for our family?
- How much space do we need for living?
- Can we take advantage of a KFN subsidy with the help of a passive house?
- With the many planning and equipment options at Hanse Haus, you can design your house as uniquely as you wish.
