Flexibly designable prefabricated house with pitched roof
The highlight of Variant 35-160’s layout is its great flexibility.
Two layout variants are available for the ground floor:
- the basic version with a small study and a combined utility/technical room
- and an optional layout in which the house is enlarged with a garage and an attached technical room.
This includes an enlarged working area, a small utility room as a passage to the covered side entrance, and a more spacious kitchen on the ground floor.
The second layout variant for this prefabricated house with pitched roof can be seen as a show house at the Hanse Haus headquarters in Oberleichtersbach.
