In order to adapt a floor plan to the layout of the plot and align it in the directions in which it should be facing, house design can be mirrored. An example is our show house Variant 35-163 that can be visited in Unger-Park in Dresden. It is the mirrored design to Variant 35-161 in Mannheim.
The heart of the Variant 35-163 is the open living, dining and cooking area. The large bay window in the living area makes the area even more spacious and lets in plenty of light. With a jamb wall of 140 cm, the house has a spacious upper floor that accommodates a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and two children's rooms, as well as a spacious wellness bathroom.
