The show house Variant 25-192 in Poing near Munich is a modern interpretation of the classic (Upper) Bavarian architectural style. But not only there does this architecture cut a fine figure: with its two metre-high jamb wall and gentle 25° pitched roof, the design is ideally suited to areas where land is expensive and where, nevertheless, plenty of living space needs to be created, even without a basement.
On more than 190 m², it provides space for two children’s rooms with a separate bathroom, a master bedroom with its own dressing room, and a wellness bathroom. All of this is in addition to the open living, dining and kitchen area with pantry, and a study or guest room with shower room. And if one more room is needed now or at a later date, the gallery on the upper floor can be converted into another room.
