We have integrated a special granny flat into the Variant 25-150.
The flat roof cube blends in harmoniously with the house’s architecture and creates space for the additional 50 m² flat.
Situated completely at ground level, it is optimally accessible to residents of all ages and offers everything one needs in a barrier-free flat.
In addition to an open living, dining and kitchen area, it features a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
