As a writer and fabric designer, the homeowner from Wiesbaden spends all day working with design and the beautiful things in life. In order to be creative, one naturally needs rooms where one can relax and feel comfortable. They should be bright and spacious – and ideally under the same roof as the living area.
The homebuilders found the ideal place for their new home on a gentle slope. The homebuilders had already noticed Hanse Haus thanks to the latter’s unusual and individual construction projects, which is why they were the first choice for the designer and her husband.
The house had to be modern and cubic, with a flat roof, large glass surfaces and loggias offering a wonderful view of the city – these were the wishes that the homebuilders had fulfilled by Hanse Haus.
Of course, space was also found in the new house for the inspiring studio rooms. Right at the top, with its own loggia – work doesn’t feel like work anymore.
