All flats are designed to be barrier-free in accordance with the building regulations of most federal states, and the flats on the ground floor are wheelchair-accessible. This guarantees a high level of living comfort in every situation. Families with small children benefit from the wide passageways, the generous floor plan and the bathroom with space for a spacious shower, as do residents who use a walker or wheelchair to move around their home, for example.

In terms of construction costs, it is worthwhile doing without a lift in a building with only two storeys. If there are residents who cannot get to the basement without a lift, storage space can be created in the additional room in their own home. The washing machine has its place in the bathroom.

In addition to the bicycle storage room, laundry room and storerooms, the central utility room is located in the shared basement. Efficient building and heating technology and the fully insulated building envelope make our multi-family houses a sustainable, future-proof home: the large roof areas of the gabled roofs offer the best conditions for installing a photovoltaic system, which in turn can be optimally combined with a heat pump with living space ventilation.
