Our largest multi-family house design is home to six parties under one roof. With 88 to 96 m² of living space, the six flats offer enough room for everything you need to feel at home.
The centrepiece of the flats is the open-plan living, dining and cooking area, in which large windows create a friendly living atmosphere. This is adjoined by a sheltered outdoor seating area, which is sure to quickly become a favourite place: a terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the upper floors.
The bedroom is designed so that it has either a dressing niche or sufficient storage space for wardrobes. The bathroom is right next door for quick access in the morning and evening. There is also a further room that can be used as a children's room, guest room or study, for example. Plenty of storage space is provided by a small storeroom and a practical wardrobe niche in each flat as well as a separate cellar compartment.
Residents can use the lift in the stairwell to reach the basement. From the bicycle cellar, where walking aids, street wheelchairs or pushchairs can also be parked, for example, an external staircase with ramp leads directly outside. The communal laundry and drying room banishes the washing machine, tumble dryer and annoying clothes horse from the flat, creating more space for living.
