Enough space for all the family
In this design, the two houses are not arranged in a row, but are offset. This is often a good solution to ensure that the semi-detached house fits in perfectly with the conditions on the available plot of land.
With two full storeys and some clever planning details, the semi-detached houses are genuine spatial wonders. Staircases and hallways are planned in such a space-saving manner that a cloakroom niche and a guest WC can be accommodated on the ground floor. The master bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space is located on the upper floor directly next to the family bathroom, where there is also space for a washing machine and dryer.
The converted attic is ideally suited for an open studio, guests, home office, fitness or hobbies and additional storage space. Families with more than two children have the option of using this additional space for another children’s bedroom.
