Cubic, timeless and elegant – this is the architectural concept behind the Semi-Detached House 135. The open and very spacious design of the living and cooking area conveys a pleasant, easy-living atmosphere. A niche in front of the kitchen can be used as a storage space.
The base plate allows for a further storage space to be, for example, built under the stairs. The way to the upper floor is via a half-turn staircase. In addition to the two children’s rooms, there is also the master bedroom and the family bathroom. If desired, the upper floor can be expanded to include a covered loggia, which also protects the terrace below from the rain.
