Classic villa gets a gable roof in our new show house
The basic floor plan of Villa 174 is a classic town villa with a hipped roof. For our show house in the Black Forest we have chosen a gable roof and combined it with partially planted pent roof extensions. In addition, the gable roof is predestined to hold a photovoltaic system.
On entering the villa, you will take in the single, straight staircase and head towards the dining. In the hall opposite the guest toilet there is a functional cloakroom niche with sufficient storage space. The guest room on the ground floor can also be used as a bedroom. The kitchen and dining area is open plan design, with direct access to the garden from the kitchen. The living room is optically separated by the stairs. Plenty of light comes through large windows on both sides of the eaves into the gallery on the upper floor, where there is also space for a small study. On the upper floor there are two equally large, well-lit children’s rooms. The dressing room leads from the master bedroom to a small utility room and from there to the spacious bathroom. The children can enter the family bathroom from the hallway. This functional room plan significantly shortens the laundry route.

The technical room can be rotated by 90° by adding an extension in the entrance area. With an 10 m² extension to the kitchen, the dining table can move into the conservatory: This creates additional space in the kitchen. If you extend the pent roof of the extension, a 15 m² covered terrace is created.
