The flat roof house with timeless design: Cubus 148

Cubus 148

The Cubus 148 is an expression of a modern lifestyle. Clear lines and functional flat-roofed architecture, which makes use of stylistic elements of the Bauhaus school, constitute its refined yet restrained character. This is living understatement at its best.

On request, you can expand the basic cubic structure with a flat roof extension with loggia above it.

The extension can be highlighted by creating a strong colour contrast or by using a different material such as timber cladding or façade panels.

On the ground floor, the huge living and cooking area with almost 50 m² of space are particularly impressive. Its large windows let pleasant sunlight into the house even in winter and flood the room with light.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private dressing room.
