A slightly different urban villa
Spacious living on two full floors: Even if the floor plan our villa is 11 m² smaller than that of Villa 177/178, there is still enough space to be found here for a family of four. The layout of the living, dining and kitchen area is exactly the same as that of the two bigger villas, and, thanks to the full length window elements, is flooded with natural light.
The platform staircase leads to the upper floor and is perfect place for a storage room directly under it. On the upper floor you will find two spacious children’s bedrooms of around 17.5 m², and the master bedroom complete with dressing room. A T-shape solution was implemented in the spacious family bathroom: the toilet is hidden and the shower space can be tiled on three sides. There is also room for another storage room on the upper floor. The visualisation shows just how individually you can design a Hanse-House. The appearance of the house shown here reflects timeless modernity and harmonious proportions. The grey windows and white plaster harmonise with the small extension to the living area, which in turn is set off by the classic red bricks.
