Lots of privacy for everyone
In this design, the approximately 44 m² granny flat has been integrated into the structure. Nevertheless, due to the separate entrances to the house, privacy has been ensured. The “main entrance” is on the side of the eaves, whereby the residents of the granny flat can enter the house from the verge side.
The ground floor of the main apartment impresses with its bright living, dining and kitchen area. In addition to the master bedroom with separate dressing room, two children’s rooms, a family bathroom, a guest room and study, as well as a storage room, can all be found on the top floor.
