Spacious living in our two-family house
The compact structure of our Duo 229 houses a residential unit with 181 m² of living areas and an almost 48 m² single-storey granny annexe. The house has a roof soffit height of 1.20 m and a roof pitch of 35 °. The two separate house entrances for both residential units are on the side of the eaves.
The top floor is generously spacious and expands the living space of the main apartment, as it extends over the entire ground floor. There is space for three children’s rooms, a guest room or study, the master bedroom with dressing room and a family bathroom.
