Cleverly planned and individually built: the Vita 156 pent roof house
The layouts of all Vita models are planned in such a way that the houses can be built with both a normal and an offset pent roof. Thanks to the two full storeys, the floor space of the house can also be fully utilised on the upper floor, without any sloped ceilings restricting the use of space.
Thus, the upper floor of our Vita 156 has enough space for two children’s rooms, a bathroom and a dressing room for the parents, in addition to the master bedroom.
The ground floor is dominated by the large glass façade in the dining area, which creates a light-filled ambience.
An optional bay window extending over both floors also enlarges the living area and a children’s room.
